The headlight adjustment is in the owner's manual.
But first, check the bulbs to see if they're properly installed in the back of the reflectors. That procedure is also in the manual

I do mean that the angle of the headlamps is directed downwards, and it is only adjusted in the service center. After a couple of weeks the angle faces downwards again.
The bulbs are properly installed.
