I had the same problem. At first, I had poor radio reception (FM). They did something with the antenna wiring in the read window. I then noticed that the defroster killed AM reception. I went back to the dealer, and they replaced the rear window. No problems now.
The defroster wires and the radio antenna are in the back window. I guess they have some shorting problems.

It sure is strange, I'm wondering if when they tinted the rear window something got crossed. No big deal though, I'm not planning on driving my baby in the winter. I'll have it checked at my next service.
