Like HP changes, options changes by year, I'm aware of the tranny change, etc........

I know most manufacturers bump HP every 2 yrs with small changes.

Is there an accurate and detailed list of each years changes?

Thanks

I may miss a few things but here goes:

98 CLK 320 coupe
99 430 coupe and 320 convertible added
00 430 convertible added, 430 window moulding now black, 430 interior now black birdseye wood, 430 door handles now painted same colour as the body, blinkers moved to mirrors from fenders, 1 touch window up added, 320 bumper moulding matches body color, touchshift tranny, 320 rims changed
01 55 coupe added, 1 touch sunroof open, chrome exhaust tip on 430
02 55 convertible added, 430 rims changed
03 all coupes dropped

This is how it was in North America, and is totally different in other countries.

Actually, Mercedes-Benz upgraded the Bosch Motronic ME engine management system from 2.0 to 2.8 in 2001. Some people will say this change "allows" one to properly dyno the car, giving the illusion that the peak HP changed.
