clk430 0r c32 is there enough room
need some help from some of the big boys who own either the 430 or c32. i'm 6'2 230 pounds. will i fit in the 430 i just seen what the head and leg room are.the c32 is 38.9 ft. head and 41.7 leg. the 430is head 36.9 and leg is 41.9 . when i go in the spring to the dealer i hope i fit in this bad boy.i hear that the c32 is like a bolt of lightning. hope there is somebody in this forum my size to help me out. my first choice is the 430 but i could live with the c32 rocket. happy holidays. mountain

I'm 6'3" and 195 lbs, so I'm a little taller and lighter.
I have PLENTY of room in my C32, in fact if I move the seat all the way back I can't reach the pedals! This is the first car I've owned in recent years where I'm not looking out the top of the windshield.
The sport seats are not as "wide" as the standard MB seats, so you might want to check on that if your are, um, "wide"
It's true that the space behind the front seat is pretty cramped, but I can move the seat up enough for my 14 year old 5'9" son to sit behind me and still feel pretty comfortable.

2001 CLK320
C32 vs. CLK interior room
I sat in the C32 at the car show and I remember this (I'm 6'0', BTW)
I already own a CLK
the door panel in the C32 in the front where the speaker and the window switches are is rather thick. If you have long legs, you'll notice the door panel being right next to you.
In the CLK, the door panels are scalloped out (speaker is down low in door panel too) and you get a little more room for you knee and it doesn't touch the door.
My friend that went w/ me is also 6', but built more stocky, and didn't like the "narrow" feeling of having the door panel right on him when he shut the door.
I'd recommend sitting in both and see what your perception is...
