can't use antenna on roof. I installed my antenna under the windshield wiper cover. I threaded the lead through one of the plugs in the fire wall to the radio (hid all wires under interior trim).
I use 2 methods to avoid any static...when I am near a big city, all the FM stations seem to be so close, the FM modulation does not work well. I use the Aux connection to my command. Away from the city, I have no problem with the FM modulation (you just need to find a channel that has nothing).

When I had it installed, I had Steve add an aux connector. If you go to "sys" on the command, you will see aux on the bottom menu.
I believe that most factory installs have the aux port in the glove compartment.

how do you do use the aux? you just push it and its ready for sirius? im paying best buy 35 for the fm mod / 35 to install that / and 70 to run the power in the back of the dash instead of cigerette lighter and hide the wires? is that worth it?
