anyone ever replaced the window guide?

anyone ever replaced the window guide?
My window stopped at the halfway point and when I looked in the door it was bunching up the rubber in the front guide track. Now the rubber is torn, but worse it seems the guide track is bent about halfway down making the sides of the track bow out. No idea how this happened, but 2 questions:
- have you guy's ever had to order or replace the rubber only?
- have you guy's ever had to replace the track also?
leading me to question 3....... is this a dealer only item(?), because I cannot find it anywhere online.

Hey Jury, I think what you need is a new window regulator. I don't think they sell just that rubber or plastic piece. And I think its a dealers item only. I had to replace that on my bimmer before.

Neither, dealer says there is no way to buy the rubber. Dealer called MBUSA while I was standing there and THEY said they do not product just that part, only the rear one. YOU HAVE TO BUY THE DAMN DOOR!

mine is messed up too. it didnt make a complete seal. water can get thru the corner . if i barely press the window down button, it seals into place. ( just barely pressing it, like 2mm down.)
