Call Jamie personally - I've had no problems with them whatsoever on both orders I made with them. Remember the keys come from TX.

When I got my key it just appeared at my door one day no tracking number or nothing. I called the number and actually got a female on the phone and then I got Jamie. but the key arrived really quick...

They're actually a dealership in VA, here's a couple numbers I dug up for you. Like I said, I think they're legit...I've purchased a couple items with no problems whatsoever. I have also steered others their way with no hitches...at any rate.

Weird. Mine was shipped via FedEx. Worst case scenario, you'll get some $ back. So it's probably just a goof-up or something.

I ordered 4 keys from them, 2 keys for my Mercedes and 2 keys for my wife's Mercedes. There was just a minor glitch. One of the blade keys was not shipped. I called Jamie and he took care of it right a way.
All the keys were shipped via Fedex. My wife's keys got a tracking number and I was able to track it for her. My keys came before I got any tracking number.
I think this is probably just a minor mistake. I talked to the guy, he was tyring to run the website and fill all the orders and also manage the car lot too. I think he was just swamped with the surging orders for the keys. Give him a call.
