Check out these Wheels....

OK Guys / Girls,

What are your thoughts on these rims on a CLK430. I think they'd look pretty hot. if anyone has seen pics of them on a CLK or can photoshop please post.

Brabus 18" Staggered Monoblock IV wheels
Sizes:
F: 18 x 9.5 ET22
R: 18 x 10.5 ET35

Hearing that while they will fit they will be extremely agressive...I take it thats due to the 9.5 up front and 10.5 in the rear....is this just too much for our CLK's? I think the biggest Ive seen is 9.5 in the rear..?

I dont mind aggressive but dont wanna pay out the A$$ for some crazy camber needs to roll 'em and dont want them to be rediculously aggressive. Believe they come off a Brabus SL.

Thanks in advance for your advise / thoughts.

i've seen ppl fit 19x10 rear, so i would think 18x10.5 would work. might take modifications?. 18x9.5 front seems tricky. probably depends on how small you get the tires. i bet a 10.5 rear would look really slick though. People fit 20x10 in the back, but have to roll the fenders and do camber kits. I had to do a camber kit for my 19x9.5, but it's not that big a deal.

Hopefully someone w/ more experience will fill you in. How's your car doing?

and yes more input please! Car is ok I am guessing. about $6k in damage/repairs I think. Could be more. Shop told me a week ago to expect about 3 weeks w/o her.

That kickin Camry they gave me gets me around but I miss the CLK badly.

The wheels don't look bad at all, I'm just not fun of step lips on Mercedes I prefer straight lip. I don't see why wouldn't work blackbenzz is running 19x10 on the back and he has no problems with the CLK, I'm pretty sure you should be fine but don't quote on it maybe wait a little more until more people chime in.

PS. have you done a search already? if not try to search some info on it.

The rear wheels will work, but there is now chance that the front wheels will fit. A lot of rubber will stick out past the fenders with ET22 and 9,5, it will not look good. I am running 8,5x19 ET31 on the front and the tires sits a tiny bit outside the fenders with 225/35 tires. I need an agressiv roll to extend the fenders a few mm.

The spesifications from Carlsson is:
8,5x18 225/40 ET35
10x18 255/35 ET30
This gives a very agressive setup and the wheels sits flush with the fenders.
