Anyone know what the length should be for new wheel bolts on a 19x10 rim?

i have had problems for the rears with the standard 12MM locking bolts. they are about two-three thread too long and tap the dust sheild.

my current problem. I am goling to tak the down/grind them so they ar not an issue antmore.
