CD changer problems
OEM Bose system.
Symptoms:
Push 'CD' on the headunit and message says 'No magazine'.
Magazine is already in, HOWEVER, it won't release the magazine so not only does the thing not work, but it's got some of my CD's 'trapped' in the mag. I can't get them out.
I have an idea to take the old changer out, plug up another one (on loan or somethin). If it works, my changer is toast. If it doesn't, I've got an issue with the fiber run/wire?
Does this troubleshooting method make sense to those in the know? Or does somebody already know what the issue is and can help?
thx in advance....
