I Am So Mad!
Some little punks stoled my horizontal spoiler piece between the fog lights off of my 430! Went to see the movie "The Transporter" came out and it was gone! Why! What the hell are they going to do with it? I just don't understand how people can be so @%$#-up! Any how, like mmgrad posted the grill mesh on the photoshop. I will probably find a way to do that now. As a design engineer I'll have to design it out with all the specifications. I'll probably use a 1/8" holes perferated grill and then chrome plated the grill. What do you guys think? Will it look better with chrome plated or just silver like my car? Once I design it up and manufacture it at work I'll post some picture.

I'm going to draw it up in CAD right now. I got all the measurements I needed. I'm going to use 5 snap rings and 5 thin lock nuts for holding mount. This way I don't have to drill holes on the perferated metal. The holes on the perferated metal are an asset to this mount. I'll post some picture when I'm done.

2002 CLK 55 AMG Coupe ;)
Sorry to hear that this theft happened to you BANSASN.
I recall, that someone some time ago suggested, to use plastic ties to prevent the "horizontal spoiler piece between the fog lights" from being stolen.
Is this a good suggestion? Would this be an effective way to secure this plastic piece? I hate to have this happen to me!

Actually the spoiler piece came out very clean. The facial of my car didn't have any scratches. Whom ever took my spoiler knows what there doing. The design I made is coming very steadly. It's very sturdy. It will look similar to the Cadillac Denali grills chrome plated.

The movie was terrible (plot).........but the action scenes was pretty cool. I wished he would of choose a CLK55 for his ride instead of BMW 745i i think. Why is it in every movies all the mafia or any bad guys own a MB? For example, James Bond drive BMW but not MB. geeeeesh.
