Adjustable front end?

I was wondering if the two black nipples that are in the engine bay can be used to adjust the front end? Or what it is they are used for? One is right by the throttle cable and on is on the other side by the engine plug-in.

The sway bars are usually underneath, they bolt up to the lower control arms. I think your confusing them for the strut bars maybe?

Nah, thats what tightens the front shocks to the body of the car. The rear is the same thing.
