I actually bought the whole tie rod assembly ("This center tie rod assembly (drag link) includes both outer tie rod assemblies.) from FastLane
http://catalog.worldpac.com/mercedes...e+Rod+Assembly
or just call Phil from Fastlane...good guy.
It's not a hard job...just kind of cramped under there. And make sure you get an alignment from a shop with a HUNTER alignment machine....it's done wonders for my tire wear.

Thanks for your input. I did the same thing. Bought the complete unit from MB and installed it myself with the help of a tie rod fork. The entire proces took less than an hour and saved me hundreds.

I'll be replacing my Drag Link Assembly w/ Tie Rods on my 2000 CLK320 208. Do I need a pickle fork or a tie rod separator tool to release the two inner tie rods on the old assembly? Seems like a pretty simple job.
