Clunk Clunk Clunk..

hi everyone!
I recently started to experience a VERY annoying CLUnk clunk clunk noise at crusing speeds on my 00 CLK320 and it sounds louder and faster as i increase in speed... i replaced all my tie rods and same problem goes on. My rims arnt bent and my tires are brand new... The noise comes from the Front Right Wheel well... i dont know what the problem is.. it all started after avoiding a car crash and turn my steering wheel right and sliding a little...
but the problem sucks...

thanks for the help in advance guys!

Just broke one of my engine mounts .... now that make a clunk, especially when you accelerate and the motor bangs into the bonnet !!!

hmm well usually it could be a tire problem or even as simple as one of the nuts on your wheels being loose dunno just troubleshoot your way up
