Yellow Xenon Lens on my 99 CLK
Does anyone know if the lens can be cleaned from the outside?
There are cleaning products for plastic lenses. I am guessing the way my yellowed they are made of plastic.
Please let me know!

Go to Advance Auto and ask for CV Lense Restorer. Costs about 20.00. If you follow the directions to the letter, you will be highly satisfied. I used it on my CLK and the lenses look 100% better.
I've also been told that Plastix works well. I personally have not used it but I can vouch for the CV Restorer. I hope this helps you out

theres the plastix and i love it you can colorsand your headlights just takes about an hr if you take your time and they come out like new....you get some fine grit nothing real rough and some dawn dish soap as you will be wetsanding your headlights, then wipe clean get some plastix let dry rub down and then some plastic restorer to polish it and it comes out lookin pretty damn spiffy done it a couple of times on some of my previous cars
