Sound problems!!! Please help!!

Sound problems!!! Please help!!
Ok, I got into my car this morning to drop it off at the body shop and the stereo (factory command nav system) sounded kind of funny (not loud..no bass) but I paid it no mind till I picked it up this afternoon.
I have figured out now that my whole left side is OUT completely. When I balance the speakers to the right it works but it seems my whole left side is out for some reason and it was just working yesterday or a couple days ago. What would cause this? Could the paint shop have turned up the stereo too loud and blew out the left side?? Is it a fuse on the amp controlling the left side?
Any advise would be helpful.

Back to normal FOR NOW!!
NEVER MIND!!! I guess the Gremlin decided to leave the car this morning. My car stereo is back to normal now. I must have a loose wire somewhere, hopefully it doesnt happen again.
