thanks for the info but the merc dealership here in uk was a complete c*nt this morning.
i told him about this and he refused to sell me the w204 badge. said he was not allowed and had to sell me a w208. i felt like smacking him. i had already told him i had a clk 430. tempted to go back and say i have a slk?? (think that is the 204)
i brought it anyway as was fed up of looking at the snapped off one i had.
why oh why is customer service so shocking. the bloke was a right moody so an so. this was my first visit to the main dealer and probably my last.

When you pop in the emblem, it sends eletrical magnetic waves to engine thus causing the pistons to act more aggressive at higher RPMs and increasing massive air flow to the MAF thus more power, the jolt of the magnetic waves from the emblem to the engine bay then creates an eletrical shock to the transmission retarding it to shift like an F1 with the reduced weight it acts and moves quickly when turning which all this results to a 10+WHP with this simple mod.

was at the dealership today and they had the identical ornament but it was like double the size of the stock on our cars.....and it has two plastic prongs on the other side that pop into the grommet....is this what you guyz bought?? i dont see how it fit

Well I've actually got a genuine reason for wanting the W204 badge. My mistress keeps banging on about getting shagged on the bonnet of a car (I won't mention the manufacturer which she actually said here). I've been looking at Clk's for a while and showed her a pic. She said 'get it' it's gorgeous. Then I noticed the stick up emblem and my plans were almost scuppered. Now I think i'll definitely get one LMAO

yeah but it is a POS i was thinking of getting it till i found out it sits above the hood 
, i ended up getting the one that DFWdude sells and love it. i even took it off my clk as i am now looking for an E55 or CL55 and wanted it for my new ride.
