HID's??? Exhaust???

HID's??? Exhaust???
Hey guys, i have not been able to frequent this site lately, been in IRAQ.
But anyways, Im lookin to buy a HID kit, a shop quoted me 375 total,
all included for the 8100k. Is that fair? Shop told me they use a genuine German kit, they say its better and doesnt bounce??? Opinions??? I want the lights to be purple and bright. 81 a good choice?? The also carry the
61 and 1200K.
Also they quoted me 330 total, for a sebring exhaust with custom tips
(they have to cut the bumper).
Please help me out wit any opinions.

$250 installed is the going price at the shop where I get all my stuff.
