I figured it was because of the wheel bearing, or having to repack the tie rods, or maybe even due to my camber problem and uneven tire wear. Will the warped rotors cause vibration even when your not braking?

I think that would have to be one heck of a warped rotor. Usually it's pulsing that can be felt through the brake pedal. It doesn't sound like you've got warped rotors. On my car, the rotors last for two sets of pads. On the third brake job, it's rotor time. YMMV

The same as Porsches, the factory rotors are not supposed to be turned. They "can" be, but they may not make it through the second set of pads before warping.

I know my 99 clk has vibration, whihc i am currently getting fixed, and its due to a damaged motor mount. This causes vibration when my engine is shifted out of park, into any gear since the engine actually comes rite out of the mount. You can only see this when the car is on a lift, and you look from underneath. This does vibrate the wheel, and whole car quite heavily, but im not sure if this is definately your problem so dont quote me.
