Best Wheels For W208 Clk.
Hey from the UK people!
Just got me a W208 Emerald Black Coupe, 230K - MANUAL. (Avantgarde)
Will be droppin it' 35mm.
Any recommendation on wheels and sizes?
I am feelin' the AMG II's in 18s or 19s?
What do you guys think?
Let me know.
Thanks!!

Thanks for your reply guys, will 19s not rub if i am dropping the car upto 40mm. I currently have my eyes on a set of AMG II's.They are:
19 x 9.5J with Offset ET35 – 5 stud PCD 112mm
Will these fit?
I am not too good with offset etc.
Let me know please as they are coming off an S600.
Thanks

For the 19" AMG 2 from the SL600...(very rare wheels)
you need to:
Run 10mm spacers, correct tires, and run longer Lug Studs/Nuts with the correct 19mm conical nut and they should fit fine!

Forgiato Alneato. A slight hint of the older AMG monoblock style , plus a slight hint of newer trends and three piece deep dish type wheel...best of both worlds.

Oh ya, I mean I like your car now too, but comparing to the white clk with the same wheels you had, I still like you car better!!! I guess partly because I'm just not a big fan of that clk in the video.
Does that make sense? I tend to say things that always make sense in my head but never come out right

You know, I didn't like that car at first when I saw it, but the more and more I watch it from time to time, that CLK is actually growing on me, I'm starting to like it's unique body style, it's not bad but I also think it could be better!

I like that car except for the blacked headlights...if it had some cool projectors (prolly not cheese graters) it would be super sikk

When I had a W208 CLK430, I had 18" AMG Monoblock IIs on the car with a lowered Brabus suspension, the care was nicely dropped and I was happy with the performance/handling and comfort.
19"s looks great too, sometimes it looks a little too big on a W208, but that just means you need to drop it a little more.

I have yet to find a set of wheels that truly looks "perfect" for the W208.
On a BMW the ACS wheels look like they were molded to the car from the factory. I have not seen anything that looks even remotely close to that good of a match to the W208 as of yet.
