CLK430
![Question](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
Hi people ,need some help on breaks. I have a friend just bought a C32K and wish to change his break and disc to brembo 6pot. He wanna sell me his brand new AMG break package for around $900 CAD i think this is a good deal since it was only used for around 100KM and it's quite new. My question is Will it fit on my CLK do i have to add a spacer between the wheels and break? and does AMG breaks works alot better than my original once? ( i mean will i feel the difference?)Thanx for your help guys!.

I'm pretty sure you would need to get a new adaptor for the caliper, and also, you might need new rotors to match it, different size rotor...
I took my M3 Brembo kit and mde it fit my CLK430, all I needed was new adaptors and new bigger rotors, so I am guessing, the C32 would require atleast these mods.

Out Of Control!!
There aren't any caliper brackets or hats available to make the C32 brakes fit on the CLK. The cost of making them would put you over the price of a Brembo kit, with less gains to be had.
The Brembo 6-piston caliper is designed for racing, where they are rebuilt after a few races. Street driving will kill the caliper, unless it is rebuilt almost weekly.
