There are two metal dials on the back side, one is labeled U-D and the other is labeled L-R.

Haven't installed them as of yet, because I live in an apartment and my wife's car gets the garage, but I am sure that is what those dials are for.

They actually don't fit nearly as well as the stock headlights did. I actually had to use a bit of force to get them in. The rubber on the outside is insanely thick lol. I bet after time it will wear and I can adjust, but for now I think they look fine, the untrained eye doesn't notice it so I'm okay with it.

I got mine to point straight. Just did it in my garage and then went to a dead-end in my neighborhood to make the last adjustments. At first mine were lighting up the freeways signs hanging over highways too!!

wait, did i forget to mention that my right side headlamp shoots so high that it illuminates the freeway signs? Not the ones on the right side when you exit, but the one on top of the CENTER DIVIDER. geez!

help please.

You can adjust the hight as in up and down on the light but not the tilt. There's a metal knob that you twist and it will adjust.

I adjusted them and it's a lot better. Now the thing that is kinda' buggin' me is the left side. I got both of them to a desireable height, but the left light is a little to much to the left and when i tried turning in to the right so many times, it just won't move. i hope the knob isn't broke, cause i never touched it until right now. and HIGHLY DOUBT that i "adjusted it to much" cause i'm always so careful.

As somebody else pointed out - those new lights don't appear to fit well at all... there's some big gaps between the light and body. As for untrained eye not noticing - do you have an untrained eye?

German projectors have it. Japanese projectors have a flat line cutoff.

Mine fit fine. The rubber was a little bulky but I made it fit.

CLK FAN - Can you post some pics of your lights?

I'd love these lights too - but the pics here (so far) don't look so good...

I didn't want to deal with that crap so I just bought them direct without the group buy thing.

xenons = HID

And if you have stock HID then you have the headlight washers, so if you don't have that you have halogens.

I have no idea why but the lights are at an angle, as you can see in the pic. Seems like they slant just a tad...kinda weird...anyone else experience this with their set?
not bad

No projectors have a flat line cutoff. The Japanese projectors appear to have one as they have a DOT cutoff where the raised portion is very small compare to ECE cutoffs found on European projectors. The reason for the raised portion is so that more light can illuminate the side without oncoming traffic. Below are examples with RHD cutoffs.

Cutoff from ECE audi rs4 projectors

Cutoff from DOT honda s2000 projectors

Let me change the wording for you.

No one has said anything about them not fitting well outside of this forum, which is, of course, frequented by CLK owners. In fact, I've even asked people if they look like they don't fit well just to alleviate my own concerns, which stemed from the few people noting the "gaps", and the consensus is they look fine. I think the pictures are actually misleading, as the black rubber, which is very thick, makes it look like gaps. Regardless, I think they look awesome.

No matter how good something is there's always those few nay-sayers.
