Anyone who knows anything about engines wouldn't buy it.
Internal indution neophytes should buy it and the new exhaust turbonator! Bolt the turbonator to your exhaust pipe and it sucks the exhaust out, creating an extra 400 HP. 300 MPG too. The exhaust terminator is available at k-Mart, WalMart, and many yard sales. Extension cords are extra.
