Can I fit 19" AMG CL500 wheels on my clk?

Whats up everyone, new to mbworld. Just picked up a 00" clk320 and im wondering if I would be able to fit the following. Front wheels are 19x8.5 w/245-40-ZR19 Michelins. Rear wheels are 19x9.5 w/275-35-ZR19g
They are stock amg's of a CL500. I also plan on lowering my clk so im wondering if I do fit them, will they rub when I drop the car. Thanks for the help, pics coming soon.....

I think the CL class uses larger lug bolts (14mm v. 12mm). Will cause vibration.

I think the wheels would fit but the front tires might be too big. Do you know the offsets?

EXACTLY! Be careful. 14mmx1.50 vs. 12mmx1.50 bolts to be exact.. I think
