Drive with Rollbar up? w/kids?

Just picked up my CLK Cabrio (love it!). I see in the owners manual it suggests driving with the rollbar up if the rear seats are occupied.

I remember ereading problems with getting it down once its up

is this suggested? I'm scared to put the rollbard up - concerned I wont be able to get it down.

Thanks!

if you use the button to raise the headrests you won't have any problem using the button to put them down.

The posts you are referring to are when the headrests extend automatically, usually due to driving over a large bump fast. You hit the bump, the car thinks you are going to crash and extends the headrests. You hold the button up for ten seconds then down to reset the mechanism.

I drive with mine up with rear passengers - dont want it springing up at a rapid speed if they get called upon and striking my passengers in the head.
