I got a Bilstein tie rod assembly brand new for $160 shipped on ebay. I had a local place put it on for $80 out the door. Total cost was $240 installed.

Part number 2024600505 has a dealer list of $268. Mercedes-Benz Club of America members can buy it at their local dealer for $214. Autohaus AZ has it for $179. $200 in labor doesn't sound too bad from a dealer. They have to remove your old one, and then align the car. My local dealer charges $100 for an alignment, which would leave $100 to R&R the drag link.

Autohaus AZ may ship to Norway. Import duties and shipping may make this a bit pricey.
