RED CLK 430 Coupe
H&R Springs

Go to Performance Products.com
H&R Springs $389

I would think labor would be a couple of hours.
Something like that, Im sure someone has already had this done.

I am in the process myself, I just bought new tires and wheels last week.

Current: AMG GT-C. Sold: 01 CLK55, 00 ML55, 01 ML55, 06 E55
h&r springs can be bought shipped on ebay for under $275, labor should be around $400 avg, but some people claim to find it for $250 and under.

I recently purchased my H&R's from tirerack.com. They were $250 shipped (approximately) & the labor was about $250-300. Here's the outcome: pictures here.

Good luck, it's well worth the investment!

Cheers,

Lance

PS The shop that lowered the car is a buddy of mine - cheaper $$.

$1100 sounds pretty steep, I have Eibach, and I got them from D2 Technik along with install was about $400. $250 for the springs, and either $100 or $150 for the install...gl looking for another shop that will be more reasonable...i know location can be a huge factor in prices

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
Springs

should be matched with the proper shock.Diy for shocks is almost like the w210 diy on benzworld.org diy w210 section.
sport shocks at autohausaz.com or tirerack.

spring removal video.
you need to get a good mb alignment when completed as your camber angels will be far off from spec and your new tires wont last long.

btw if you don't have the money to do it right, save for awhile nothing like a half assed spring drop to ruin a very nice ride
Eibach Springs - Pro-Kit, Mercedes CLK are only about $250 for the 4 springs at many online suppliers. You will also need pads to get the correct level front and rear.
Sport shocks are about $100 each.
