yeah, you can take the car to the dealer and have them perform a 'pre-purchase inspection'.
they check everything from compression to leakage and the usual. almost the same stuff they do when certifying their used vehicles.
Cost is about $160. They also have a less comprehensive check that runs about $80-$100
