2008 Kicherer Mercedes-Benz CLK 63 AMG Black Series
Not the best looking Black Series I've seen yet. I actually saw one in black with sick deep dish wheels and a nice drop out here in Burbank on Saturday....it looked better than this. This one looks cool and different from every other one I've seen with the same old 1 pc wheels that don't look aggressive enough.
2008 Kicherer Mercedes-Benz CLK 63 AMG Black Edition
Kicherer has turned the two-seater CLK 63 AMG into a four-seater, contradicting the notion that sports cars were only made for two. The renowned Mercedes-Benz tuner added a sporty back seat, which guarantees a Black Edition with a significantly improved road capability.
But, the back seats are only the beginning, as Kicherer added some extra exterior enhancements, such as the radiator grille on the standard version being swapped out for an even sportier one made of carbon and featuring carbon fiber struts. The beautiful forged three-piece wheel Kicherer RS-1 is not only a visual enhancement, but also a sportive gain thanks weight reduction.
The chassis was specially developed for Kicherer by DTM specialist H&R and also improves the car’s cornering dynamics. Kicherer engineers have taken care of the engine, adding 33 horsepower to the standard 507 horsepower. Thus equipped, the Kicherer CLK only needs 4.1 seconds from 0 to 60 mph.
