Like the seats, however, I think if you are going with red seats you need to get a little more red in the rest of your interior. Perhaps some custom red alcantara inserts? By the way, I thought you were taking this car apart.

It's not done yet. These are only preliminary shots.

I was taking it apart, but I changed my mind. The fenders are gone though, replaced with some much cleaner 2000+ fenders (w/o sidemarkers) and the chrome window trim was changed to black. The hood emblem was also shaved.

Black trim looks much better... I think you should anodize the mesh on the front and sides as well. I actually decided to put those wacky fenders on my car... we'll see how it looks in black. Were the fenders giving you problems or did you just get rid of them to finance the other upgrades (because I know those fenders cost quite a bit)?

I actually just wanted a cleaner look...they are still sitting here in the box, in case anyone is interested.

If there was a place to anodize here, I would have done it a long time ago. texas sucks ***.

Thanks felix, but i'm almost 6' tall, the seat back looks like it will interfere with the bar, otherwise I would have bought it already!

I actually took a look at the car and harness bar yesterday!

How 'bout Powder Coating the mesh? Very durable and a large selection of colors.
FWIW...

Is it a race car wannabe (brakes and seats) or is it a chopped down ghetto cruiser? I can't tell. The mix is just not working for me.

Your ride looks much better with these stock fenders... The Lorinser fenders look too busy. The total package looks awesome, but I prefer the last set of HREs.

Great looking car, i got the same exact rim for my Lotus.... too bad the Lotus offset is so F%$K-up that i can't make it fit anything else but another Lotus...

Love the seats, want to get them too, but i'm just too spoiled to give up power seats....

Looks MUCH better without those crazy fenders you had. I just am not a fan of the Lorrinser F1 fenders at all.
