Hey charliev68i was interested in the bumper you have and wanted to know where you got it from. I have someone that can fix it and put it on properly so i was thinking just to buy it the way you did even tho it wasnt perfect fit. Please let me know the info. asap. Thanks

i brought it back to vis. they looked at the pics and are making the corrections. i will get the revised version for a second fitment. if it fits then they will remake the mold.
please be patient...it can only get better.
the original kit is getting operated on as we speak.

yeah, they are still within the timeline that they gave me to make the second prototype.
i will either call them or go there on tuesday to see and touch base with them.
you guys just get ready for a fitting rs bumper soon.

Ok...here's the deal. I purchased my car about a year and a half ago used. The paint was in good condition, but with a lot of swirl marks. Now the paint is starting to get worse. Therefore, I would like to get my car detailed, but my bumper is cracked so its not worth getting the car detailed with a F*** up bumper. So this is where this thread comes into place. I NEED A RS BUMPER ASAP SO I CAN DETAIL MY CAR!!!! So, I will greatly appreciate an update as to when these bumpers will be ready for shipment.

got the second version, it got better where the fenders meet the bumber. the problem is where the bumper connects at the head lights.
i will post new pics soon.
it's goin back to vis for more corrections.
i want it perfect...as of right now, the bumper can be fit by any body shop but i want it better.

i dont want everyone to hate me here but i think the only nice lookin bumper for our car is like the one that is on here "opalw208"......now thats a really nice lookin bumper... u dont wanna make ure car look cheap and ghetto with those bumpers....its a mercedes not a honda guys..... sorry just my opinion. I would either wait till its easier to find those bumpers or just keep the original nice lookin bumper.....

well look at the results! he has been trying to put that bumper on for awhile no? im from nassau county u know any german auto specialist ? and the OEM bumper isnt ugly .....any aftermarket bumper is a no no ....why would u wanna make ure car not look like a benz?
