VIbration on the car
Hey guys I recently swapped wheels from a w203 and I'm experiencing some vibration in the front. When I had my stock 16's on the car drove really smooth. I'm not sure if it's the rims or something to do with the suspension because when I drive below 40km/hr there's no vibration in the front.....any suggestions to why this might be happening??

Most problems dont show at the slower speeds.. I.E. under 40-45. How sis the rims and tires perform on the other car? I would guess a balance weight may have been knocked off. They are applied with double stick tape and a tight clearance with a caliper can easily knock it off without a sound. Look for a clean spot in the rim.

nothing to do with the suspension? i forgot to add that when I was changing out the rear passenger side 16" wheel, the car kinda slipped off the jack and the whole car moved forward about 3". the rotor or something knocked off the weight on the 16" rim....but I don't think this has anything to do with the car vibrating now does it?

The car vibrates for exactly the reason Bobbyjo9 stated.
Weights are placed on a wheel is to balance the wheel's rotating assembly (tire and wheel - because tires are not balanced either). A wheel that's out of balance will cause the car to vibrate (the wheel will move up and down like a pogo stick at speed).
You may want to take the car to a tire shop and have all four wheels balanced. Lastly, if when you mounted those used wheels and tires you didn't keep track of what direction the tires originally turned, you may find 'other issues' down the road.
