I think I like. Are they really light. About as close to DTM wheels as you can find?????

I think these are a little lighter.
What about compared to the BBS LMs?

I would choose the LM'z. The best looking wheels period.

I think both are great looking. If you can put MB center caps in the OZ wheels, I would get them.

I like that the LMs have more spokes, but I don't like where the bolts are placed (around the wheel) compared to the OZs and most others. I don't know about the caps, anyone?

The OZ Superleggera (is that the one in the picture mach430?) is a very light alloy wheel - I seem to recall an 18" wheel coming in at below 8kgs - 17lbs. I am considering these for my car. Currently running on 18" BBS RSII - really heavy.

I believe the actual DTM wheels are made by AST of Germany. I remember seing a dealer advert of a street legal wheel that looked close.

I had a set of OZ's once and also had a set of BBS RK's - of course neither were multi-piece wheels. The OZ's were nice, but the BBS's were nicer - better finish quality, and the BBS's were much much nicer on the back side (behind the face). My vote goes to the BBS's.

The picture is the Superleggera III. I guess it's brand new, but I'd imagine that it's close or equal in weight. I think you're right on the DTM wheels, I know it starts with an A.

Actually, flipping through a magazine today I realized that it's not AST as I wrote but rather ATS that makes the DTM wheels. More DTM stuff: http://www.dtm.de/index.htm

How about these? Not multi piece but - ATS DTM.

I looked into the ATS wheels about 6 months ago. You can't get really staggered set-up ATS wheels in USA. Tires.com sells what they call ATS wheels, but they are not the ones on the German website. I think they only sell them in 8 inch X 18 in the USA, which does not match the German sizes. I think they are a copy for US sales. I also think that the German wheels need some kind of adapter to fit. If someone is Europe knows anything about ATS wheels for street cars...especially a CLK, I would love to hear.

I actually tried to get some bozo at Tires.come to see if they could special order me what I wanted...never heard back from him.

I would probably pick the OZ superleggera just because it looks like it's easier to clean than the LM's and it's all about the lips!! Check out the lips on those superleggera! Daaamn that nice!
