Halo Projector Question
How hard is installation after I purchase these...

its pretty easy, xenon or not. If u are decent with your hands and a few tools (screwdrivers, ratchets), you'll be fine. There's a good DIY for bumper removal on benzworld. It might be in the DIY section here too.
Making the headlight washers work takes a bit of creativity. Or you can just remove them. if you want HID, buy an aftermarket kit in the proper size.
Essentially about 6 screwstakes off the front bumper (take off your headlight washer covers first!)...
then 6-8 bolts per headlight, unplug it, twist it until it pulls out nicely (take off the washers or unhook the hoses for them first)
then fit the new ones (carefully so it looks right) and plug it up and put the bumper back on.

yeah, retrofitting the stock xenons is kinda wasteful in my opinion. It's far easier and less time consuming to buy a kit. The kits have come a long ways in quality and work just fine now. It's about $150 more or less.

i bought mine here, no issues. Prices could have gone down tho! You'll want 35W in whatever size the projector bulbs come in. H1 or H7 I think, but u better check first. These are the slim ballast models too

DA...I am ready to buy right now but I need some advice. Why do we have to buy the 35W instead of the 55 watt? What bulb did you get? I heard that we needed the D2S bulbs since we have a Halogen projectors but I only see H7 or H1?? I am tired of the normal Halogens and ready to upgrade soon!!! Thanks Bro!!

I was about to do the same thing and go for the newer style projector housings. Go to the Daniel Stern Lighting website before you buy anything. It may save you alot of cash and pain. It will explain everything about the process pro and con and all equipment required and how the DOT views it.
