Need some input ASAP.

I have 2 questions and hopefully you guys can help me out. I've searched and found nothing that can help. CLKFAN this is your area but everyone is free to chime in. I just bought a set of 19" 3 piece rims. Front wheels are 19x8.5 and rear wheels are 19x10. Front offset 38 and rear offset 38. I don't know anything about offset. But I love the rims. My question is whats my best bet as far as tire size and tire brand. I didn't drop the car yet but will in the near future if I can. Do I need anything else or am i good for now. Second question. Im adding a Z2 also. I want to know if anyone install one of those steering adapters which allows you to control the radio from the steering wheel if so which adapter did they buy. As always your input is greatly appreciated

As for the tires and rims, your 38 offset is pretty common for CLK wheels. My Lorinsers are a 38 offset. I run Goodyear Eagle F1 All Seasons, 225/18/40 front, and 275/18/35 in the rear. I wouldn't go any wider than a 225 in the front, but some can get away with a 235. Those 10" wide rims in the rear I don't know. They almost seem too wide, but if you can get a 275 on there, that's what I would do.

As for the stereo, PAC makes a kit for our cars enabling you to use the steering wheel buttons. I would get a stereo shop that knows what they're doing to mess with all that for you.

Do you have any rubbing issues? And are you at stock height or is it lowered.

My car is lowered.

I have Bilstein shocks with Vogtland Springs and I love them both. I rub in the back only if I take a steep degree bump at a speed I shouldn't have; this is mostly on the outside of the tire too. I run #4 E Class pads in the rear since I have 130+ lbs. of subwoofers back there. That is the main reason I rub. If I didn't have that back there, I'm confident I could go #1 pads in the back and not rub.

Those wheels should be perfect. You could might need a 5mm spacer, maybe a 10 to look aggressive, but most likely not necessary. 235 35 19's up front and 265 or 275 30 19's in the back. 275 is closer to rubbing if you're lowered.
