Lowering my CLK, & H&R spring (coil)?
Sorry for a newbie question
If I am to make my car more handsome by two phases,
shall I
(a) change the spring 1st
or
(b) change the tyres and rings 1st (to 18" Brabus Monoblock VI)
or must be done together??
Also, shall I just change into H&R spring? (coz it seems people recommend it here) or use H&R spring coil? (correct me if I'm wrong)

There's really no "must", you can either get new wheels first or low your car with H&R springs. The reason why people prefer to do them at the same time is because when you get bigger wheels your car lifts a little bit, by using H&R springs, they'll reduce the fender gaps and have your car sit lower.
