Exhaust manifold and down pipe pics, help!

CL 500 (2003 W215). Range Rover Sport. Ferrari 360 spider. Ferrari F355 spider. MV Agusta F4.
Exhaust manifold and down pipe pics, help!
Hi, i have done a search but cant find one. But i need a picture or diagram of the CLK 320 Kom exhaust system from the manifold down please. I have a leak in my exhaust system and looking under the car it is coming from above the down pipe that raises up into the engine. So whats up there? It looks like its a twin pipe going up into the engine. Is this another short pipe before the manifold? Or is this the start of the manifold its self? Can any one help me at all. Thanks guys.

So am i to take it that there are no diagrams of the exhaust system then? Or that no one here can help me with my question?
