wheel alignment

Looking at my car from the rear, the right rear tires appears to be at a slight angle. Is this due to the need for an alignment or a busted shock? Any help appreciated.........

Thanks for the information. Looking at it while driving behind it, its only on the passenger side. What causes this to happen?

No, its not lowered. All stock replacement parts. I put new shocks on the front a couple month ago, but did not replace the rear.
