Gas milage on CLK 430

Hi, i've owned a 2000 clk 430 for about 4 months now and a bulk of my driving is city and I'm getting 380-400 kms (240 miles) per full tank on 91 octane gas.

Does this sound about right for my car? I feel like I should be getting better gas milage.

Also, during night time driving i can sometimes see smoke coming out of my exhaust when Im at a stop light and look back. Usually smokes comes out of the exhaust when the temperature is cold but i notice it when its fairly warm like +10-13 degrees. Is this normal as well?

sounds right to me too.
I drive a 55 and get somewhere around 12-15 mpg in city. But can get all the way up to about 26 mpg with cruise on freeway for extended drives.

I always put CHEVRON 91+ but the funny thing is just last week my gas light came on and i knew there was no gas stations nearby so i drove it an extra 30 miles on the gas light and the i saw a ARCO but i didnt want to put it in my car but couldnt do anything about it so i filled up and it gave me 287 miles on a full tank! i thought that was really weird! dont no

You guys must drive pretty hard. with a mix of city/hwy I usually get anywhere from 280-310 on a tank. After an hour at a 75 mph cruise, the dash display will read in the 24mpg range. This is with the top up on a 55

22-23 on average on one tank. Mixed city highway driving.
On the highway, for extended period of time going between 70 and 80, somewhere between 24 -27.

Pretty bad I know, but we are talking 2-3 miles a day with a heavy right foot. I have to make a point to get it out on the freeway to stretch its legs actually.

and long trips I end up doing about 26 with cruise on 83 mph or so.

Guys, what mpg you have when you just started cold engine?
I usually had between 11 and 12 during the summer – in the morning probably on the lower end of 11mpgs, and day time when it’s over 80 outside, close to 12. Winter time – between 9 and 10.
This year it’s worm already where I am and every time I start the engine display shows around 10mpg. The engine has only 50K, and I recently replaced plugs and air filters. Actual my gas mileage was higher before I replaced those.
