Tune Up Advice

Im looking to do a tune up on my clk430. Figured plugs, wires, fuel filter, maybe fuel additive to clean the lines, etc. Any suggestions on brands and what else is needed would be very helpful

For plugs, I’d use Bosch FR8DPP33's. I wouldn’t change the wires unless they were bad. I would use a wire puller tool. I’d use a Bosch fuel filter from Autohaus AZ.

would you recommend any aftermarket plugs, wires, etc. over oem mercedes parts?

I think im going to change out plugs and wires together.

I'd take any wires that cost less than the dealer. They sell the wires individually and they add up to $600 for the set. I'd use Bosch, Bremi or Beru. The Bosch wires are $185 for a set.

I like Bosch plugs because I know they're good for 100,000 miles. I have no experience with other brands in this car, so someone else may be a better resource.
