But not that price. What is the closest in looks performance sound but at a fraction of the cost.

Now that top one is the one I have been eyeing ever since I was stupid and sold my Eisenmann Sport!! I like that damn Magnaflow though!! I wonder what kind of sound that bad boy would give on a 430!!

All you are buying is the muffler so nothing else would be needed to keep it all legal. Even if you bought a full Cat_back system nothing else would be needed since you would be buying all the piping and muffler after the secondary cats.
In other words..no issue, just an easy swap out.
