Transmission?
Well hopefully this isnt an expensive fix or anything but lately it's been about 55 degrees where i am at, and every since it got cold my transmission in my 2000 clk 320 up shifts fine and downshifts fine except for it going into 1st gear, what it feels like is if i am manualy shifting it down into 1st although i am in drive and after about 5 times of this doing it, it goes away and then downshifts fine. So any suggestions of why this is, or what is causing this? would it be the cold? maybe the trans doesnt want to shift back into 1st because it is too cold and not warmed up yet? any suggestions would be helpful thanks!!!!

When its cold, my cars always a bit jerky shifting. But last year i i didnt have enough fluid in the transmission and when i slowed down, shifting into first there was a big jerk. Brought it to a local shop, they topped it up, and its been great since. I sttill need to do that whole o-ring fix though to prevent my fluid from getting too low again.
