Are all these problems common???

Are all these problems common, will the dealer fix all of them?
2000 CLK320 45K miles problems:

1) Sunroof is not working
2) Dynamics of the car is much worse then 1-2 weeks ago (accelerates much slower and not as responsive)
3) Gas level indicator is broken (out of gas 3 times last week, last time showed almost ½ of the tank when ran out of gas)
4) An open doors interior light is not working.
5) Right side mirror doesn’t go down when backing up.
6) Loud noise from side of the door and window while high speed driving on the freeway.
7) Windows creaks when going UP/DOWN
8) Windows sometimes bouncing and stops or going opposite direction
9) Sticky cap holder.
10) Driver door makes strange sound when opening/closing
11) Loose leather on the driver side seat
12) Driver seat squeaks on the right turn.
13) Rattling sunscreen
14) Rattling sound somewhere from radio/ashtray site.

It looks to me as if most of the problems are minor maintenance items. Every thing you listed should be covered under the warranty.
Your getting close to the end so I would get it in ASAP. And have them document any problems that may take longer to fix.

No longer car shopping...
Some are, most are addressable

#'s 6 & 8 are "known" issues. #6 if your talking about the sound from "behind" you (in the passenger department). These are a little "noisy". Try differnet tires. #8 is a regulator (covered under warranty). #2 . May depend on how it was driven in it's first 1000 miles (but you shouldn't now see it "suddenly" @ 45K. Did you check the gas you bought last time? All reasons for warranty. Get them all fixed before it runs out (or sell it).

Lets see....

1.) Simple electrical/mechanical... these things happen
2.) Slap on a Kleeman Compressor
3.) If your driving patterns are pretty similar, go by mileage, not by the meter... but they'll replace the sensor under warranty
4.) bulb out?
5.) If you recently had service, they may have reset the computer by accident (happened to me). simple correction, less than 1 hr at dealer
6.) No window frame at the top = more wind noise than other MB with a frame
7.) Windows are very tight to help control wind noise... it happens after rain sometimes, but disappears. have dealer add a little grease if it is bothering you
8.) It suppose to be a safety feature... if something gets caught while window going up, it bounces back. Again, window is so tight, that feature can be quite sensitive and bounce back. if frequent, have dealer replace the motor.
9.) huh?
10.) If it is just squeaking... it will go away after a few days of use... else have dealer regrease
11.) That probably isn't covered.... but I can't really picture what you mean
12.) Have dealer add a little felt
13.) Its a combination of the Sunshade and the First Aid kit box... add felt at contacts to eliminate problem
14.) Not sure about ashtray area, but the center console area is known to squeak... again, add a little felt?

1) Need more info. Not working at all? One way? Tilt only?
2) Probably mass-airflow sensor going bad, causing the car to run lean, reducing power.
3) Bad fuel level senders, common.
4) Which light? the dome light, or a courtesy light in the door? probably a bulb.
5) Make sure the mirror switch is in the passenger-adjust position, or that feature will not work. If it still doesn't work, try programming the parking position manually using your owner's manual. If it still doesn't work, probably a bad door control module (DCM2) or mirror motor
6) Need more info. What kind of noise?
7) Window regulator tracks need lube, or the door seals need a shot of silicone.
8) Door control module needs to be recalibrated with SDS laptop, or the DCM is faulty altogether.
9) Not much to say here. It's easier to just replace the cupholder than to try and clean out the mechanism.
10) if it's a cracking noise, the door check straps need to be replaced. Common.
11) Loose how? Just worn and stretched out?
12) Too much play in the seat frame. Needs a seat frame. Common on the CLK.
13) Good luck
14) good luck
