Difference between 98 & 99 clk's

The only difference in appearance is... I believe... the stereo. They have a slightly updated stereo in the '99 model.
All other difference outside is or should be the same. Both years have the different color lower body panels, and both carry the older style cluster, steering wheel, and lack the Touchshift option as is equipped in the '00+ models..... i think the '98 and '99 320 rims are different too... but not positive.
