steering knock noise
when reversing say out of my drive and turn the steering wheel all the way to tghe left or right and hear this knock not that loud but it knocks and do not know what this could be

I have the same thing. There are many possibilities.
Steering box

I think mine is the joint to the steering box.
You need to go to a Mercedes shop and have them spend some time testing it out
