Used to be a CLK430
Yes it will, but you won't have the clock functionality nor the ability to use any of the functions of the display. Basically you will get all guages, lights, and ability to reset trip ODO.

Is there any way to get it to work? A part that you can add?

yes, i have a 1998 E430, MBenzNL (Steve) on this board just converted my dash, steering wheel, airbag along with Comand system into 2000+. Every single bottom works except i am unable to get the digital speed readout on the dash, so it's a doable conversion.

That's interesting, did not know that. I thought 2000+ also shows MPG, gas used and stuff like. I'm assuming that doesn't work either?

Like i said, the only thing the doesn't work is the digital speed readout, but my dealer said it could be done but they need more time searching for the software that need to be updated, but it's like $90/hr rate there, so i decide not to do it. About the mileage and gas consumption information, they worked perfectly !

Awesome. From what I've read and the pictures I have seen on this forum, Steve does outstanding work.

If you don't mind can you post or PM me what you paid. For both Nav. and the cluster. Thanks.

Nick is correct... My friend did this with his '99 clk320 cab... The only gain is the slight face lift to the cluster module.
