FS: Steering wheel buttons
I ended up buying the wrong color steering wheel buttons and the place I bought them from will not allow me to return them because its my fault that I bought the wrong color. The buttons are grey in color and my steering wheel is BLACK!!
So....I will now offer it up for sale if anyone needs them!!

I think so but when I saw them I assumed they were the same color as my steering wheel until I placed it up against my wheel. I was PIS*ed..I have been waiting for a while to finally upgrade the buttons and I jack it all up.

I forgot to add that earlier...They are 120 plus tax at the stealership for the pair but I will sell them for 70 plus shipping which should only be a couple bucks for the small box at the US post office.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. Have been looking for these for literally 2 years now and everyone used to say they were impossible to order without a new airbag.
If anyone has install instructions for these, that'd be great as well. I'll be ordering a set. Good to know there is a difference between grey and black, I probably would have called mine grey as well.

All you need to do is:
1: Make sure the battery is disconnected first since you will be messing with the Airbag.
2: Use a Torq screwdriver to take out 4 torq screws from the back of the steering wheel. (I cant remember the size though)
3: After you take the screws out the airbag can be easily pulled out. After you pull it out a bit you will see some cables. Make sure that you do not pull too hard and rip these cables out!! Disconnect the wires and then take the airbag out of the steering wheel.
4: Turn the airbag upside down and you will see the screws that hold the steering wheel buttons. Take out the old and replace with the new buttons.
Now put it all back together and VOILA DONE!!!!!!!!!

Actually..thats an accurate amount, 120 was the price I was given at the stealership in Germany which is always a bit lower. I wish I would have just bought the proper ones I needed back then. Now, I need to pay the higher price for the correct ones. Good luck on your search!!

HAH - the dealer that quoted me $300 was pompano beach!!! I had a shop that owes me a favor so was hoping to get their discount - I was in the room as she called the parts dept in pompano, dealer said only one part number, both pieces - $300.
I'll try fort laud. $80 each is not the end of the world; although at that price I will remove mine and try stripping/painting first.
