If your new head unit has a fiber optic port (never seen an aftermarket one with the fiber port), then you can use the OEM 6-disc changer. If your carhas Bose amps, do you plan on using the amps and speakers, or running new amps/speakers/wiring?

The Crutchfield part number for the wiring harness adapter is 120701784. It's free if you buy your headunit from them, or $12 if purchased separately. This is the link.
Bose uses a balanced, differential signal interconnection. To use a head unit with an unbalanced connection, you'll need a converter. PAC makes a box that will convert the signal. You can use the RCA outs for the extra subs and amps.
