F'in back seat cushions i cannot get them out to save my life. I can feel around on the side, next to the screw theres flexiable rod im pushing into the seat. This has got to the release lever im getting nothing out of it. Whats the trick? how do i get a better angle on it to push it in!

The leather over the cushion on the seat folds up and under the frame which holds the seat in place. You want to try and break in the seam where the leather folds up and under the frame. Check along the front bottom edge and follow towards the center storage console. You will see the break and you are going to want to pull the at that piece and pull the leather out of hits place holder. Dont be afair because you wont break anything, you are just pulling it out of its place holder.
I will try and take pic tonite of what I am talkin about.

So while I was trying to get pictures and show you exactly what I was talking about above, it dawned on me based on what I was looking at that there is an easier way to remove the effing back seats without taking apart any cushions etc.
Essentially all you need is a little bit of elbow grease and your good. I put together a youtube vid and have attached the link below.
I also attached a picture of whats happening. In the first pick you will see the grey thing which is actually facing up if the seats were flat and the cushion is on. You dont feel it because of all the cushion/foam on the seat. Essentially all you need to do is push on the outer side of the cushion to push back that lever thing and it will release the lever which is holding the seat cushion in place. First you push the cushion in and then you lift it up and it should come up relatively easily.
I put soo much effort and time into just yanking out the leather from the seat itself and then just replacing later, and finally this. An EPIPHANY.
Hope this helps.
