Power and handling--I think mainly anti-sway bars for now for the handling part. Are there any available?
Also--with this setup, what would be the power improvement?

You can only get AMG sway bars now, no more Eibach, and since you are getting sways, might as well do the whole suspension at the same time, saves money on installation cost.
H&R Cup kit, and a camber kit with those sways and you will be in love!!!
AS for performance mods, I don't really think it is at all worth the $$, you won't get noticeable power on the car unless you drop in a supercharger, everything else is just not worth your time or money, with 1 exception, the pulley from Ben.
Exhaust will do you no good, but it will sound better, air filter will do you no good, not any that you will feel, computer chip is still debatable, so far none have lived up to the promise...
Whatever happened to that powerchip company Ben? weren't you guys doing some testing on those chips? How did it turn out?

Out Of Control!!
We haven't begun the Mercedes with Powerchips yet, but we did just finish a M5 with great results. They seem to know what they are doing, which is a good thing to see

Underdrive Pulleys $499

Are you only looking for power, or for any performance upgrade?

Pulley Kit
Can anyone tell me where I can get thye Underdrive Pulleys installed in Toronto, Ontario Canada? I want to purchase them for my 02 CLK 430 Cabrio but I have no idea where I can get them installed. I guess my local stealership is out of the question. I'll get the old "But that'll void the warranty".
